Cheesy cheddar potatoes

| 24 | ounces | Frozen hash browns with peppers and onions |
| 8 | ounces | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| ¾ | cup | Miracle Whip |
| ½ | cup | Parmesan; grated |
Directions
