Cheese grits

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Grits
¼ cup Margarine
3 Egg; beaten
1 pounds Velveeta; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Tabasco or Pickapeppa
Paprika

Calories per serving: 255 Fat grams per serving: 15 Approx. Cook Time: 1:30

Cook grits according to package directions. Add margarine, eggs, cheese and salt; cook slowly until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add Tabasco or Pickapeppa sauce. Pour into a casserole or souffle dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake one hour at 250 degrees.
