Best cheese grits

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Grits |
| 4 | cups | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | pounds | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | Roll (6-oz) Kraft garlic cheese | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Crushed and buttered cornflakes (optional) |
Directions
Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes. Melt butter or margarine and ¾ roll of cheese together and add to grits. Beat eggs and milk. Add sour cream. Add mixture slowly to grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese that has been grated or cut into small pieces and cornflakes. Bake for 45 minutes at 350ø. Yield: 8 servings.
