Cheese custard #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 \N Eggs
1 can Undiluted evaporated milk
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except sugar & water in blender.

Make syrup of sugar & water. Pour into oven-proof dish or custard pan. Turn to cover sides with syrup. Pour in blended mixture, cover with foil & place in pan filled with water. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, remove foil & bake 15-30 minutes longer until browned. Let cool. Turn onto plate & refrigerate until serving time.
