Egg custard pie #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1½ cup Hot water
½ cup Sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Sprinkle of nutmeg
1 \N (10-inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs at low speed; add water, sugar, salt, condensed milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.

This is very easy to make and is a favorite of many elderly people -- especially men!
