Egg custard pie #2

Ingredients

| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1½ | cup | Hot water |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Condensed milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | Sprinkle of nutmeg | |
| 1 | (10-inch) unbaked pie shell | |
Directions
Beat eggs at low speed; add water, sugar, salt, condensed milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
This is very easy to make and is a favorite of many elderly people -- especially men!
