Ingredients

| 6 | Eggs; very lightly beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | cup | Grated mild cheddar cheese |
| 1 | can | Mushroom soup |
| ½ | cup | Milk (scant) |
| ¾ | cup | Mushroom pieces & stems |
| 5 | tablespoons | Grated mild Cheddar |
Directions
SAUCE
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Place in greased casserole & set casserole in a pan of water; bake at 325-350 oven about 45 minutes. Heat sauce ingredients together & serve cheese custard with sauce served in separate container.
