6Eggs; very lightly beaten
1cupMilk
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonDry mustard
1cupGrated mild cheddar cheese
1canMushroom soup
½cupMilk (scant)
¾cupMushroom pieces & stems
5tablespoonsGrated mild Cheddar

Directions

SAUCE

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Place in greased casserole & set casserole in a pan of water; bake at 325-350 oven about 45 minutes. Heat sauce ingredients together & serve cheese custard with sauce served in separate container.
