Cheddar and chive bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Water
2 tablespoons Canola oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
2 larges Eggs
2½ cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ cup Powdered milk
2 tablespoons Chives; dried
1½ teaspoon Sea salt; fine
2½ teaspoon Active dry yeast

Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
