Cheddar and chive bread

| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 2 | larges | Eggs |
| 2½ | cup | All-purpose flour; unbleached |
| ¾ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¼ | cup | Powdered milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chives; dried |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Sea salt; fine |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Active dry yeast |
Directions
Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.
Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
