1 cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded |
2 larges | Eggs |
2½ cup | All-purpose flour; unbleached |
¾ cup | Whole wheat flour |
¼ cup | Powdered milk |
2 tablespoons | Chives; dried |
1½ teaspoon | Sea salt; fine |
2½ teaspoon | Active dry yeast |
Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.
Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
