Butterscotch strips

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Stick butter; melted
2 cups Brown sugar
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Powdered sugar for rolling

Mix butter & brown sugar well. Stir in egg & then add other ingredients.

Pour into two well-buttered, floured 8-inch square pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cut into strips & roll in powdered sugar.
