Butterscotch squares

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Brown sugar
1 cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Walnuts, chopped

Cook sugar and butter in top of double boiler until sugar dissolves.

Cool; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in other ingredients. Spread in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while hot. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-15-95
