Butterscotch brownies #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Chopped nuts

Melt butter and stir in sugar until dissolved. Cool slightly and beat in egg and vanilla. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder; add to mixture.

When blended, add nuts and pour into greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I always double this recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan.
