Butterscotch sauce #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Light brown sugar
½ cup White corn syrup
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Whipping cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Toasted pecans (optional)

Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat.

Remove from heat and stir in cream and vanilla. If desired, add toasted pecans to sauce immediately before serving. May be reheated in microwave.

Yield: 2-½ cups.
