|¾ cup||Butter or margarine|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic -- minced|
|½ teaspoon||Parsley -- finely chopped|
Heat in skillet the butter or margarine. Add garlic and cook slowly until lightly browned. Add slowly water and chopped parsley. Cook about 10 minutes and serve over cooked spaghetti. Makes about 1 cup.
