Breakfast casserole #4

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 slices White bread
2 pounds Pork sausage
2 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
6 \N Slightly beaten eggs
4 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard

Fit 1 layer of trimmed bread slices on buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Brown sausage; drain fat. Stir in mustard with sausage. Spoon sausage evenly over layer of bread. Sprinkle ½ cheese on top; layer bread next.

Sprinkle remain- der of cheese. Combine all other ingredients; spoon over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Best to prepare night before.
