Broiled tunawiches

Ingredients

1can(6-1/8 oz) water-pack tuna; drained
¼cupFinely chopped onion
¼cupMayonnaise or salad dressing
2tablespoonsChopped seeded cucumber
¼teaspoonDried dill weed
2English muffins; split, toasted
4slicesTomato
4slicesCheddar cheese; 1-oz each

Directions

In medium bowl, combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, cucumber and dill; mix well. Spread each muffin half with ¼ of mixture; top with tomato slice.

Place on broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.

Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until tomato is hot. Top each with cheese slice. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
