Bayou grilled tuna

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Golden Dipt Cajun Style Seafood
pounds Tuna steaks

MARINADE

Pour Cajun Style Seafood Marinade evenly over fish, let stand 20 to 30 minutes, turning several times. Cook on an open grill over medium-hot coals. Baste and turn once. Fish is done when flesh is opaque.

"10 MINUTE RULE": Cook fish approximately 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
