Broiled lake trout

Measure Ingredient
1 large Lake trout
Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
¼ teaspoon White pepper; ground
Maitre d'hotel butter
Parsley

From: Joel.Ehrlich@... (Joel Ehrlich) Date: Sun, 20 Nov 1994 01:51:10 +0000 Preheat the broiler. Bone the fish and flatten it out. Rub a small saucer generously with garlic. Mix the olive oil and white pepper in the saucer.

Rub this mixture on both sides of the fish. Place the fish on a greased shallow pan. Broil until brown, turning once. Spread with Maitre d'Hotel Butter. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
