Tuna turnovers

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
| 4 | ounces | Can mushrooms, drained, reserving liquid |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pitted olives |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Flour |
| 1 | large | Clove garlic, crushed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | 6 1/2cn tuna fish, drained | |
Directions
: -Pastry for 2 crust pie Saute onion, mushrooms, and olives in butter for 5 minutes. Stir in flour, garlic, salt, and reserved mushroom liquid; heat thoroughly.
Add tuna and mix well; remove from heat. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out pastry. Cut into 2½" circles. Place 2 tsp tuna mixture in cemter of each pastry circle. Fold pastry over; dampen edges to seal.
Place on baking sheet; bake for 7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, and serve at once.
