Tuna twists

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 tablespoons Olive Oil
8 ounces Tricolour Pasta Twists
2 ounces Butter
1 Garlic Clove, peeled and crushed
4 ounces Button Mushrooms, Wiped
14 ounces Tuna Chunks in Oil, Drained and Flaked
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons Snipped Fresh Chives

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists, bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add tuna and heat thoroughly, season to taste.

Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Serve garnished with the chives Source: Take-A-Break
