Tuna twists

| 5 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
| 8 | ounces | Tricolour Pasta Twists |
| 2 | ounces | Butter |
| 1 | Garlic Clove, peeled and crushed | |
| 4 | ounces | Button Mushrooms, Wiped |
| 14 | ounces | Tuna Chunks in Oil, Drained and Flaked |
| Salt and Pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Snipped Fresh Chives |
Directions
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists, bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add tuna and heat thoroughly, season to taste.
