Broiled flounder rio grande

1½ | pounds | Fillets |
½ | cup | Salsa |
2 | tablespoons | Fat-free sour cream |

In a small saucepan, combine oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Coat a broiling pan with cooking spray. Place fillets on the pan, spoon oil lemon mixture over fish and broil at least 4" from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until surface of fillets begin to brown.
Remove fish from broiler and let stand for 1 minute. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
