Broiled flounder in lemon pepper

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine, softened |

Directions
Place fillets on lightly greased broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on fillets. Broil five inches from heat for ten minutes or until meat flakes easily.
