Broiled flounder with thyme

| 1 | pounds | Flounder fillets salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Place fillets skin down on lightly greased broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except parsley, and spread on fillets. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until it flakes easily. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
