Sauteed flounder

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter |
| 1 | cup | White wine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| ½ | cup | Mushrooms; chopped |
| 1½ | pounds | Flounder fillets |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley; chopped |
| ½ | Lemon; cut in wedges | |
Directions
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
