Sauteed flounder

Ingredients

1tablespoonPlus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
1cupWhite wine
1teaspoonDill weed
2Cloves garlic; minced
½cupMushrooms; chopped
poundsFlounder fillets
¼cupParsley; chopped
½Lemon; cut in wedges

Directions

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
