1 cup | White wine |
1 teaspoon | Dill weed |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
½ cup | Mushrooms; chopped |
1½ pounds | Flounder fillets |
¼ cup | Parsley; chopped |
½ \N | Lemon; cut in wedges |
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
