Sauteed flounder

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
1 cup White wine
1 teaspoon Dill weed
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
½ cup Mushrooms; chopped
1½ pounds Flounder fillets
¼ cup Parsley; chopped
½ \N Lemon; cut in wedges

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
