| 1 | pounds | Fish filled, cut up |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar 1 green pepper chopped |
| 1 | 12 oz can tomatoes | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
Directions
In sauce pan, saute onion, garlic and pepper in margarine until soft.
About 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. A good tip on this one is to mix your spices ahead of time in one small container.
