Broccoli rabe and sausage pizza

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Sweet Italian sausage
½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Olive oil
¾ cup Onion -- sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
1 bunch Broccoli rabe; remove stems
\N \N Coarsely chop, 1-1/4 lbs
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Marinara sauce
1 \N 12\" pizza crust
2 cups Mozzarella; shredd --
\N \N Divide

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat sauce and water to boiling in skillet over high heat. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover and cook until sausage is golden brown; set aside. Add olive oil and onion to drippings in skillet; cook until tender, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, broccoli and salt; cover and cook until broccoli is tender, 5 minutes. Slice sausage ¼" thick. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with 1 c mozzarella and layer with broccoli mixture, sausage and 1 c mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 375 Cal 21 Gr Fat.
