Yield: 2 Servings
|½ cup||Orange juice|
|1||Banana (up to)|
|7||Frozen strawberries (up to)|
|5 slices||Frozen peaches (up to)|
|6||Frozen blueberries (up to)|
|Fresh mint (optional)|
|1 dash||Nutmeg (optional)|
|1 teaspoon||Honey (optional)|
We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and here is one way we have come up with.
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.
Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint. Serves 2 or 3.
