Breakfast smoothies

Ingredients

1Banana (up to)
7Frozen strawberries (up to)
5slicesFrozen peaches (up to)
6Frozen blueberries (up to)
7Ice cubes
Fresh mint (optional)
1dashNutmeg (optional)
1teaspoonHoney (optional)

Directions

We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and here is one way we have come up with.

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.

Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint. Serves 2 or 3.
