Breakfast smoothies

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
1 \N Banana (up to)
7 \N Frozen strawberries (up to)
5 slices Frozen peaches (up to)
6 \N Frozen blueberries (up to)
7 \N Ice cubes
\N \N Fresh mint (optional)
1 dash Nutmeg (optional)
1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and here is one way we have come up with.

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.

Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish the some fresh mint. Serves 2 or 3.
