Breakfast milkshake

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Banana
1 Frozen orange juice concentrate; (6 oz.)
1 cup Plain yogurt
½ cup Lowfat milk

In blender container place all ingredients and puree until smooth. Makes 2 large milkshakes, great for breakfast with toast and coffee.
