Breakfast milkshake

| 1 | Frozen orange juice concentrate; (6 oz.) | |
| 1 | cup | Plain yogurt |
| ½ | cup | Lowfat milk |
Directions
In blender container place all ingredients and puree until smooth. Makes 2 large milkshakes, great for breakfast with toast and coffee.
