1 cup | Papaya |
½ cup | Guava |
½ cup | Kiwi |
2 cups | Vanilla frozen yogurt |
1½ cup | Lowfat milk reduced cholesterol |
Remove the pulp from the papayas, guavas and kiwi. Place the fruit in a freezer-safe bowl, cover and freeze. Once frozen, place the fruit in a blender and process until smooth. Add the frozen yogurt and milk and process just until smooth. Serve in dessert glasses.
