Fruit smoothie

| 1 | cup | Papaya |
| ½ | cup | Guava |
| ½ | cup | Kiwi |
| 2 | cups | Vanilla frozen yogurt |
| 1½ | cup | Lowfat milk reduced cholesterol |
Directions
Remove the pulp from the papayas, guavas and kiwi. Place the fruit in a freezer-safe bowl, cover and freeze. Once frozen, place the fruit in a blender and process until smooth. Add the frozen yogurt and milk and process just until smooth. Serve in dessert glasses.
