Blueberry muffin cake

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sifted flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Margerine (one stick)
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
⅓ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1½ cup Blueberries, floured

sift flour, baking powder, salt together. Cream the margerin with sugar until very fluffy, add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Beat EXTREMELY well. the longer you beat it the better it will be. fold in vanilla, and floured berries. Pour batter into well greased 8 inch square pan.

Sprinle with granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
