Blueberry cobbler with cookie dough topping

4 | cups | Fresh blueberries |
¼ | cup | Plus 1 tbs sugar |
¾ | cup | Orange juice |
1 | cup | Butter; softened |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | large | Egg |
½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1 | cup | Flour |
½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
Vanilla ice cream |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring gently. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture, beating well. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls over blueberry mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream.
