Blender french dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Oil
½ cup Catsup
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Dry mustard


Blend on high speed until smooth, at least 2 minutes. It may need longer to achieve the right consistency.

Makes about 1 pint. Store in the refrigerator; shake well before using.

This will have the best flavor if used within about 3 weeks.
