| 1 | pint | Beer; light or dark |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar (less if dark beer is used) |
| 3 | drops | Lemon juice (up to) |
| 3 | Egg yolks | |
Directions
Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water & slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
