Lemon garlic dressing (vegan)

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 \N Garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon Ground pepper; optional
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ \N Cucumber; cut in chunks
1 small Onion; cut in chunks
½ teaspoon Dill weed
1 tablespoon Parsley

Preparation Time: 0:15 Put all ingredients into blender jar. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Keeps well in refrigerator.
