Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 small Onion; chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
1 can (small) chopped green chiles
1 pounds Velveeta cheese; melted

Brown ground beef and onion in pan. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
