Basic buttermilk salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Lowfat buttermilk
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
(about 1/4 t each)
3 Green onions, thinly sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced

Combine ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
