Buttermilk salad dressing (06/09/93)

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Buttermilk
½ cup Light (calorie-reduced) lowfat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
3 tablespoons Chopped chives
1 \N Clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Minced fresh (or 1 ts dried) tarragon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
\N \N Dash of Worcestershire sauce
\N \N Salt, coarse pepper, to taste

Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
