Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Minced fresh parsley |
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped chives |
| 1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced fresh (or 1 ts dried) tarragon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| Dash of Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Salt, coarse pepper, to taste | ||
Directions
Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
