Basic breakfast bread mix

Measure Ingredient
6 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Instant nonfat dry milk
¼ cup Baking powder
2 teaspoons Salt
½ cup Sugar
¾ cup Shortening

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks. Yield: 8½ cups Recipe By :
