Sweet breakfast bread^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
2 larges Eggs
3 tablespoons Softened unsalted butter
1 cup Milk
1½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 350F.

Beat sugar eggs and butter. Beat in milk. Mix in, just until blended, combined remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan 1 hour, until loaf tests done with a toothpick. Cool 10 minutes on rack before removing from pan.

Run knife around edges of pan to remove. Return to rack to cool completely.
