|1¾ cup||Nonfat dry milk|
|⅓ cup||Baking powder|
|\N \N||*lf using self-rising flour, reduce baking powder|
Mix flour, cornmeal, dry milk, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening completely. Refrigerate in airtight container up to I month. 12 cups mix.
