Barbequed beef sandwiches

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ small Onion
1 tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
1½ cup Crock Pot Roast shredded; and any leftover gravy
2 \N Hamburger buns
6 slices Pickles; optional

Saute onions in oil in a skillet until brown and translucent. Stir in beef and leftover gravy. Add catsup and let simmer slowly for about 10 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns and serve with pickle slices.
