Barbecued beefburgers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Milk
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
3 tablespoons Fat or oil
1 medium Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 can Tomato sauce OR
1 cup Thin catsup

Mix beef, milk, crumbs, salt and pepper. Form patties and brown in 1T fat.

While they brown, saute onion in remaining fat. Add the remaining ingredients to the onions. Pour sauce over burgers, simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles or on toasted buns.
