Yield: 6 Servings
|1 can||(16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained|
|6 slices||Bread; cubed|
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
