1 can | (16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
3 \N | Eggs |
½ cup | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Flour |
¼ pounds | Butter |
6 slices | Bread; cubed |
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
