Baked pinapple

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| ¼ | pounds | Butter |
| 6 | slices | Bread; cubed |
Directions
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
