Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | Crushed pineapple; (20 oz.) |
2 \N | Eggs; well beaten |
½ cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
Mix and pour into buttered casserole or baking pan. Bake ½ to ¾ of an hour at 350 degrees. Brown 3 slices of cubed bread in butter. Place on top of baked pineapple. Serves 6 to 8 persons.
