Pineapple bread`

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
pinch Salt
½ cup (To 3/4)
1 cup Pineapple, Crushed And
Drained
Nuts -- chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Alternate adding flour mixture and pineapple to egg mixture. Add nuts. Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 45 mins to 1 hour. Yield: 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
