Baked bean sausage casserole

Yield: 25 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
3 cans (1 Lb.) Baked Beans
2 cans (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans; drained
1 pounds Pork Link Sausage
½ pounds Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon Salt
½ teaspoon Mustard
½ tablespoon Pepper
1 can (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
½ cup Catsup
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 medium Onion; chopped

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3½ qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.

Serves 25 at buffet.
