Hot sausage casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ pounds Hot Italian sausage, cut in
\N \N 1/2 inch slices
1 cup Chopped onions
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Tomato soup
1 cup Water
4 cups Cooked wide noodles
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut up

In a skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion with oregano, until done.

Stir to seperate meat, use shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.

Add soups and water. Chill 1 hour. In separate container, chill noodles. Combine meat and noodles. Pour in 12 x 8 inch pan. Cover and place in a cold oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese until hot and melted. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 07-11-95
