Hot sausage casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ | pounds | Hot Italian sausage, cut in |
| 1/2 inch slices | ||
| 1 | cup | Chopped onions |
| 2 | teaspoons | Oregano |
| 1 | can | Cheddar cheese soup |
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 4 | cups | Cooked wide noodles |
| 4 | ounces | Cheddar cheese, cut up |
Directions
In a skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion with oregano, until done.
Stir to seperate meat, use shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.
Add soups and water. Chill 1 hour. In separate container, chill noodles. Combine meat and noodles. Pour in 12 x 8 inch pan. Cover and place in a cold oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese until hot and melted. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 07-11-95
