Hot sausage casserole

½poundsHot Italian sausage, cut in
1/2 inch slices
1cupChopped onions
2teaspoonsOregano
1canCheddar cheese soup
1canTomato soup
1cupWater
4cupsCooked wide noodles
4ouncesCheddar cheese, cut up

Directions

In a skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion with oregano, until done.

Stir to seperate meat, use shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.

Add soups and water. Chill 1 hour. In separate container, chill noodles. Combine meat and noodles. Pour in 12 x 8 inch pan. Cover and place in a cold oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese until hot and melted. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 07-11-95
