Avocado sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | Avocados, preferably Haas | |
| ½ | bunch | Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
| ½ | small | Red onion, finely chopped |
| 3 | Jalapeno chiles, stemmed, seeded and Finely Diced | |
| 1 | medium | Tomato, seeded and finely Diced |
| 1 | Lime, juiced | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coarse salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions
Cut the avocados into quarters. Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a fork to mix thoroughly.
