Avocado sauce

Ingredients

2Avocados, preferably Haas
½bunchFresh cilantro leaves, chopped
½smallRed onion, finely chopped
3Jalapeno chiles, stemmed, seeded and Finely Diced
1mediumTomato, seeded and finely Diced
1Lime, juiced
4tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonCoarse salt
½teaspoonBlack pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Cut the avocados into quarters. Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a fork to mix thoroughly.
