Autumn punch

Yield: 7 servings

Measure Ingredient
Makes 7-1/2 quarts
1½ cup Honey
¾ cup Lemon juice
6 eaches Whole cardamom seeds
3 eaches 3-inch sticks cinnamon
1 teaspoon Whole allspice
2 teaspoons Whole cloves
1½ quart Cranberry juice
5 cups Apple juice
5 cups Apricot nectar
3 quarts Ginger ale
Crushed ice

Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Strain and discard spices. Chill. Combine chilled mixture with remaining juices and ginger ale. Serve over ice. Origin: Women's Circle, for cooks on the go. Shared by: Sharon Stevens
