Summertime punch

Following are some recipes (which I have not tried) from the book "Juicing For Good Health" by Maureen B. Keane. It lists by chapter what juices are good for certain ailments, for example, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and also has recipes for juices for children, teens and adults.

Peel orange and prepare watermelon according to your juicer's instructions.

Pour over crushed ice, shake, and strain juice into glasses.

I know you don't have instructions, but I would assume it means to cut into pieces, and take the seeds out? EAT-L Digest 29 June 1996
