Apricot oatmeal bread

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Biscuit mix
1 cup Quick-cooking oatmeal
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
⅓ cup Dried apricots,chopped
¼ cup Broken walnuts
3 tablespoons Liquid sucaryl
1 \N Egg,beaten
1¼ cup Skim milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Combine biscuit mix,oatmeal,salt,baking powder,apricots,and walnuts.Combine sucaryl,egg,and milk,blending well.Add to dry ingredients,stirring only to mix.Turn into a freased loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes or until done.
