1 | cup | Cold butter |
1 | each | « cups rolled oats |
« cup desiccated coconut | ||
1 | cup | Apricot jam |
Directions
Combine flour, sugars, and baking powder. Cut in butter until it is in tiny bits. Stir in oats and coconut. Reserve about 1 cup of the mixture for topping. Press remainder into buttered 9" square baking dish. Spread base with jam. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool.
